Poppy is a global company with employees and contractors in many countries. This role is currently fully remote and requires virtual collaboration with a global team on a daily basis.

 

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the operation, planning, and publishing on social media such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc. With the ability to independently create content output and plan activities; improve account activity indicators such as daily growth rate, number of views, and number of clicks;
  • Proficient in gaining private traffic, have a deep knowledge of how to increase private traffic on social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, Twitter, etc;
  • Establish a good relationship with fans, analyze potential user needs, help to find product optimization needs, use official accounts to interact with fans, and use effective means to increase user activity and loyalty;
  • Formulate and implement marketing plans, launch marketing plans based on hot events, and carry out periodic social interaction activities; analyze the competitive product, actively study new social media, new situations, and hot events;
  • Responsible for social media influencer promotion, inviting influencers of platforms to promote;
  • Through operational data analysis, tracking the promotion effect and social marketing results, improve the team's marketing and promotion ability;

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1-year of experience in cross-platform operations such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest;
  • Have a deep knowledge of short-video platforms, and have a strong execution ability to implement creative ideas;
  • Familiar with the how-to gain traffic on social media, have your own ideas and insights, and be able to produce high-quality content in various styles and forms for APP promotion;
  • Extra points for being familiar with the functions of Facebook, GroupMe, Reddit, Twitter, NewsBreak, Telegram, Snapchat, and other social media;
  • Aware of event marketing, sensitive to social media trends, and interested in exploring and understanding cultural social media trends;
  • Have a good command of English, extra points for study background in marketing, European and American e-commerce
