About the job

Mikra is a biosciences and consumer health company driven by the vision of dramatically impacting life — at the intersection of cellular health and human aspiration.

You're made up of approximately 37 trillion cells with various sizes, shapes, functions, and lifespans. They're responsible for your energy, happiness, recovery potential, and so much more. Here at Mikra, we're exploring the link between changes at a cellular level and the cascading effects they can have on your health.

We understand that the nutraceutical industry is rife with mistrust and "snake oil" type products. Mikra endeavors to take a different approach to its CELLF™ brand through robust pre-clinical & clinical trials creating a product line that is versioned and the data open-sourced. By taking this continuous improvement approach, we can fuel our product pipeline with rich, actionable data, to refine and develop the world's most efficacious nutraceutical line that up/down-regulates certain genetic pathways to increase the years where you feel healthy.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the brand health (brand health = brand equity + brand P&L) of Mikra's flagship brand CELLF™. On a day-to-day basis, you will have ownership over anything that affects how we show up in the eyes of the consumer (digital, TV, print, etc) as well as the P&L (how much we're selling, where we're selling, competitive landscape, what drives growth and how to accelerate it).

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will champion our flagship brand internally & externally, ensuring we're communicating our product with transparency and scientific rigor while balancing approachability.

  • Create & deploy a brand plan that fosters a community around the product's mission and ladders into Mikra's overall vision without diluting the technical attributes.
