Cue Health Inc . is seeking to hire a full-time Vice President, Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • The VP of Brand Marketing will report into the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for driving strategy and execution for the Cue Health brand and oversees organic social media
  • Responsible for the strategy and execution that scales Cue Health into a world-class brand
  • Craft the ongoing brand strategy to differentiate the products & services and tell the compelling story of what sets us apart from the competition
  • Lead brand marketing team with responsibilities that include brand strategy and positioning, comms planning, social media and campaign strategy and execution as relevant
  • Develop the brand marketing strategy, budget, and development of campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional channel partners
  • Lead all brand related efforts for different stakeholders including DTC and B2B
  • Define and articulate Cue Health’s market positioning, content strategy, and develop ongoing campaigns to fuel company growth
  • Accomplished track record of building and scaling disruptive/innovative consumer brands through traditional and digital marketing strategies
  • Bring quantitative and qualitative insights to leadership to influence marketing strategy and inform executional tactics that will resonate with our target consumer
  • Develop deep understanding of consumer’s mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong brand strategy and creative development
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive exposure and business performance/growth with a passion for brand narrative
  • Work with Marketing and Business Operations to define and deliver key insights around brand health and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with executives and team leaders across the company on strategic, high visibility events
  • Manage brand presence and content calendar across website and various marketing assets
  • Manage end-to-end brand presence and content calendar across website, social media, and various marketing assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Ensure consistency in message and tone across every customer touchpoint with content
  • Utilize strong partnership management and influencing skills - including internal partners and external partners, agencies and vendors
  • Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with the internal cross-functional team, based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills and experience
  • Develop deep understanding of consumer’s mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong brand strategy and creative development
  • Additional duties as assigned`

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive brand management and/or marketing experience
  • Management/supervisory experience with proven team/consensus building skills
  • Demonstrated translation of data into insights or implications that impact strategy
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills
  • Experience with e-commerce, loyalty programs and fundamentals of SEO/SEM
  • Strong critical decision-making skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Must work well under pressure and within tight timelines and shifting priorities

  • You will work in an indoor remote environment for which no adverse conditions are expected. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:
