As the fastest growing swag company, we have made great strides towards our mission of eliminating the friction in the swag creation and distribution process. BUT we’ve just begun to scratch the surface…

MISSION

Move us upstream. That’s the goal. Get us further and deeper into the enterprise. We currently work with many enterprise customers, but we have yet to become a single source provider for any of them. As the business continues to evolve and expand, a key component of that plan will be to drive more revenue from the existing enterprise account base + target and acquire additional tier 1 enterprise accounts through cold outreach. 

SwagUp is looking for a high output, ambitious, and technically competent Strategic Account Executive to join our team. This is an opportunity to not only be a meaningful individual contributor, but to help build a segment of the business. We have a business model that is proven and tested. We’re now looking to accelerate our growth and dominate the market. If this sounds exciting to you we should talk. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve revenue milestones and targets  
  • Meaningfully contribute to the type of environment and culture we are building (positive + results oriented)
  • Expand our footprint within assigned enterprise accounts
  • Identify, pursue and on-board enterprise accounts not currently working with SwagUp
  • Work closely with the existing AE team to jointly work on accounts
  • Drive more technology adoption within the account base
  • Provide specific customer feedback to the Product Team regarding enhancement and functionality requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, managing and growing enterprise accounts
  • A deep understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrable past performance of achieving revenue milestones
  • Proactive and default to action 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Relentless hustle and dedication to serve the interest of our customers. ,
  • Strong listening skills with and high EQ
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in
