Anja Health is a preventative care product suite, starting with umbilical cord blood banking, or helping parents harness stem cells from their umbilical cords so they can utilize them for future treatments. 

Having launched earlier this year, Anja is in a fast-paced growth phase, building and maintaining relationships with parents (mostly mothers), OB/GYNs, doulas, and the like.  

Now we're looking for a Chief of Staff for our founder to help us manage operations, scale, and ensure that every parent has a deeply personal, educational, and helpful user experience.

THE ROLE

As the Chief of Staff to our founder, Kathryn Cross, you'll be her right hand and strategic partner - an amazing opportunity for someone who is obsessed with scaling startups, operations, client-facing work, and impact. You'll help Anja build out and test initiatives that feed our partner and client pipeline and give peace of mind to parents in an extremely busy time.

Your role will be a mix of functions as Kathryn spends her time across them as well, including operations, design, sales, social media management, and community building. On any given day, you'll play a sales associate, operations associate, community manager, social media manager, content marketer, and partnerships lead along with the guidance of Kathryn, our CMO, and our head of partnerships.

You'll also learn more about a burgeoning field of science - stem cells - and how they will shape the future of treatments for all kinds of diseases, including cancers, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, heart disease, liver disease, cerebral palsy, and more.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the right hand, strategic partner, and proxy for our founder. You'll lean on each other, get ideas from each other, push each other, and do great things together.
• Develop and launch marketing, content, and community initiatives with our CMO and Kathryn
• Build the infrastructure, processes, tracking, and measurement with our CMO to make our team efficient, effective, and successful in building relationships with expecting parents.
